Privacy

When online booking automation is enabled, we store the contact and journey details you submit, a booking reference and payment status to process your request. PayPal processes payment details; card numbers are not stored on this website. Booking notifications are delivered through our email provider. Until automation is enabled, enquiries are sent through WhatsApp. You must press Send in WhatsApp to send the message.

Share only the contact and journey details needed for your enquiry. WhatsApp handles messages under its own privacy policy. Hosting providers may process technical logs to operate and protect the site.

We use booking information to arrange your journey and check payment. For questions about your information or a request to access or delete it, contact 07402 155521. Records needed for outstanding bookings, payment disputes or required accounting records may need to be retained.
